The 10-Week Stress Free Workplace Program helps employees cope and adapt better with stress, by improving their ability to respond to stress-inducing work and life situations in a positive and constructive way. Weekly meetings are held over a 10-week period, led by Professional Health Practitioners.  A new stress management tool will be taught and practiced each week, followed by a group discussion to allow participants to share their experiences with the group as they learn to live a more stress-free lifestyle.
